Yes, it may have never came to light if they're weren't problems. But i'm sorry, you're time isn't worth anything. I'm not trying to single you out. They're are many people out there that think like you do. IMO, a business is required to fix the problem and nothing more. Because Coz has been so "good" in the past, you expect it. Shame on you and everyone else. People get used to being treated like kings and queens and when the consumers aren't treated with over and beyond service, they think the world is coming to an end. What Coz is doing is very fair. He didn't even have to offer new replacement units. He's going to lose the revenue on those fake units, and give away new ones. Not to mention all future lost revenue.
